Please keep in mind that companies who have paid in full and submitted all pertinent paperwork and images by the due date will be able to select their own booth location. Payments received after the due date and partial payments WILL be seen as an RSVP to the show and WILL be placed into a booth by us.
We do not issue refunds or credits if your company chooses to not attend the show after payment has been received.

Best Selling Item / Profile Picture: a 500 x 500 pixel image that best represents your company. This image will be used as a profile picture on your page in the DIPLOMAT Directory. i.e. best-selling item, image of designer, etc.
Logo: High Res. logo. Transparent background. If you have different color variations, please send a copy of each.
$500 discount when you take a room at the Diplomat Beach Resort. To receive your discount, please submit the reservation confirmation you receive from the hotel to email@example.com.
Cancelling Room Reservations:
Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your room. The hotel will send us a report of all cancellations weekly. If we have applied the discount on your booth but you cancelled your reservation, we will send you an invoice for the $500. You must reserve at least 1 room for 3 nights at the designated hotel to qualify for the discount.
In view of strict security measures, no one will be allowed to enter the show area without a badge. Badges will be given to the individual whose name is on the list after showing the proper photo identification i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc. along with a business card. It is the responsibility of each person to pick up his or her own badge.
